Pretty disappointedWhen I came across this service I was super excited that maybe I didn’t have to frequent the salon to keep my color looking decent. The first order I received I followed the directions to the letter, but I left it on a little longer because it didn’t seem to be getting any lighter... when I was finished there was 0 change. I gave it another shot thinking maybe I did something wrong, but like the first order, the second yielded no results. I will say the customer service is great though. I was sent two identical color boxes...I was told by the hair stylist that I spoke with that one was for toning, and to use it first. quantitéAu vu du retard de livraison, du au covid 19, je n'ai pas eu assez de couleur pour faire la totalité de mes cheveux, ceux-ci ayant continué de pousser, même si je les ai coupé avant d’appliquer la couleur par soucis d’économiser le produit au maximum pour pouvoir recouvrir tout, il n’y avait plus que les racine à colorer mais toute la tête, ce qui fait que la totalité de mes cheveux ne sont pas coloré. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
