Still Not Enough Gray CoverageThis was my second time using and even after there was a change to my "formula" that was still not enough gray coverage. My hair fell out after using this hair coloringMy hair fell out after using this hair coloring . I noticed thinning after the second use but wasn't sure what the cause was. Then after the third use, lots of my hair started falling out. I then googled Esalon and hair thinning and discovered many others had suffered the same problem. So I cancelled my plan and am hoping and praying that my hair grows back. Wish I would have been warned about this ahead of time. This product is awful. So messy. Stain all over bathroom. Color not as requestedAwful awful awful. Complete mess with the mixing and roots, then ends. Color turned out weird shade of brown rust! Color didnt workI colored over highlights, so I received filler AND color. I put it in and it looked awesome but as soon as I washed my hair, it all came out. My grays were showing and my roots are a different color from the rest of my hair which is orangey... and my roots are dark brown/black. I contacted customer service..... and they fixed my color and then charged me 41 bucks to send me new color and shampoo and conditioner I had on there. I'm kinda upset about that because they advertise that if you're not happy then its money back... which did not happen here. Instead they charge me more to fix my hair that there color messed up.
