Absolutely TerribleBy far the worst hair colour I have ever used. The smell of what I presume is ammonia was so strong that it made my eyes water and I had to open all the windows in the house, it was a struggle to keep on for the recommended time because of this. I had requested to lighten my hair but instead it came out a few shades darker, the colour is very flat and has an orange tinge to it, there is absolutely no shine whatsoever. I’ve washed my hair 3 times since colouring with a clarifying shampoo to try to fade the awful colour, but my hair still stinks and it’s unbearable. could not open the colour bottle!Came in a nicely presented box but that was it. When I went to colour my hair I could not open the colour bottle despite using all sorts of gadgets; it was wedged tight and was unopenable. As I was all set up to colour my hair with my new Salon product that I was looking forward to using, I wasn't about to be defeated so I made a hole in it & got some of it out into a bowl. Having followed the instructions to the letter the end result was disappointing, the colour was far lighter than anticipated & didn't cover the grey round the edges at all.
