Product never arrivesIt takes 4-5 weeks to receive an order, if it even ever arrives. The service team is literally no help. My last order never arrived at all and service says they can not even track it. I color my hair every 2-3 weeks which is impossible w/ the delivery issues. Just not for me.My hair pulls red. Knowing this I ordered a dark ash blonde thinking it looked on the cooler side of things. It pulled red. I called and explained. They sent a mask and a color specifically design cool for me. I was instructed to wait 3 weeks and recolor. The second batch, again, pulled red. Called again and was told to make a salon appointment for corrective color because, "all of our colors are warm". Roots were TERRIBLE! NO GREY COVERAGE!I am beyond angry and upset with my experience! It said total grey coverage and I can plan as day STILL see greys and it didn't seem to do ANYTHING to my roots. Did not cover graysLet me start by saying I really like the overall color I received. Instructions were easy to follow, I have a short bob at the moment as I am growing out a pixie so a do it yourself color was not difficult. I have a small amount of grays up front and along my part and the color did not cover the grays at all. I am very disappointed.
