All kinds of brassyI was trying to go from light blonde to a dark blonde color. I sent in pictures. This left me all kinds of orange. I paid for a reformulation based on another set of post-color photos and my hair is still orange. 2 orders, still not happy. I only received a complimentary color because I explicitly requested it after 2 unhappy color experiences. Still Not Enough Gray CoverageThis was my second time using and even after there was a change to my "formula" that was still not enough gray coverage. My hair fell out after using this hair coloringMy hair fell out after using this hair coloring . I noticed thinning after the second use but wasn't sure what the cause was. Then after the third use, lots of my hair started falling out. I then googled Esalon and hair thinning and discovered many others had suffered the same problem. So I cancelled my plan and am hoping and praying that my hair grows back. Wish I would have been warned about this ahead of time. This product is awful. So messy. Stain all over bathroom. Color not as requestedAwful awful awful. Complete mess with the mixing and roots, then ends. Color turned out weird shade of brown rust!
