Wasn't the same color as last timeThe first time I used the product it was very dark with a hint of red. I was sent a replacement/touchup that had ALOT more red and I was extremely happy. However, this 3rd order was almost exactly like the first- it does have a little more red but it is SO dark and very brown. Horrible, ruined my hair colorI have some gray hair and normally use the hair color pretty close to my natural. I always do it at the salon, and sometimes at home with the hair color recommended by my hair dresser. This time I took a leap of faith because I thought it might be a good idea to try a different hair color brand, still used the same color though. The outcome was just horrific. I have never in my life had such a terrible hair color experience. I would understand how my hair turned completely green-orange if it was a different tone from my natural hair color. Product realityI ordered my coloring kit and it just arrived a few days ago. I opened my kit and followed all the instructions included in the package. Once I finished the treatment, I noticed that there was no change. My hair color was the same as before the treatment.
