Not ‘the best’!I first ordered in May. Answered the questionnaire. Wanted a lighter all over colour, To go with my older skin tone. I had never ordered before. For my $. I got sent a ‘touch up kit’ Touch up kit? To match what? ( Ihave big hair, Ross in the 80’s). I complained, sent not just written answers, but a picture Also. I was sent more of the same product, Then I used it. (Could not start sooner with those tiny bottles of product). Still thinking about what I thought of the product, When the next delivery came. WHAT? They keep your credit card on file. (I am sure, in the Small print, they have a clause). I did not want my money spent for me. I don’t think they give me a better product. My hair does not feel better. Save your money. It’s like signing up for encyclopedias in the 50’s Just keeps coming, a built in debt. It’s a scam. DéçuBonjour, Ayant un chatain moyen couleur naturelle j'ai commandé un cuivré doré. Jolie couleur mais d'après l'exemple donné lors de commande, je m'attendais a une couleur beaucoup plus prononcé et plus vive, je trouve que le cuivré doré se distingue à peine et seulement à la lumière. De même je ne comprends pas pourquoi le 2eme flacon était un ravive couleur alors que c'était ma première couleur sur cheveux naturels. Not what I neededclearly the answers I gave in the survey to determine what color was needed, was not followed. When I sent the email to the colorist, telling her it was the wrong color she responds with send me a picture, then why did I upload a picture? Obviously the answering of questions was a waste of time. Stop-gap measureI have blonde hair and my roots have darkened to a yucky shade of brown over the years. The product was easy to use, but made my hair a slightly coppery-blonde color.
