Not for meI hate to say it but my hair is horrible. Its frizzier than normal and so much of it has fallen out i now have complete bald spots. Im sure this is a great product, just not for me 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Good product poor shipping timeGreat product but it took several weeks to receive my 2nd order of my custom color. I need it about every 3 1/2 weeks to 4 weeks. It must have been lost in the mail. I did call after about 5 weeks and you sent me another box at no charge within about a week. Not ‘the best’!I first ordered in May. Answered the questionnaire. Wanted a lighter all over colour, To go with my older skin tone. I had never ordered before. For my $. I got sent a ‘touch up kit’ Touch up kit? To match what? ( Ihave big hair, Ross in the 80’s). I complained, sent not just written answers, but a picture Also. I was sent more of the same product, Then I used it. (Could not start sooner with those tiny bottles of product). Still thinking about what I thought of the product, When the next delivery came. WHAT? They keep your credit card on file. (I am sure, in the Small print, they have a clause). I did not want my money spent for me. I don’t think they give me a better product. My hair does not feel better. Save your money. It’s like signing up for encyclopedias in the 50’s Just keeps coming, a built in debt. It’s a scam.
