First time usingPretty disappointed. After dying my hair, color was basically the same as what it was before but darker which I didn’t want. Sent a photo of the color I wanted In the instructions and the result didn’t have the shade or pop I was looking for. Could've done a better job with products from Sally’s beauty. DelayI have been ordering for 5 months and I I do not like that my item takes so long to be deliver . It’s been a week and as of today I still have not received . This might make me want to cancel . Doesn’t cover my graysI used this dye as instructed and several days later my grays were visible. After 2 weeks i have to redo my roots.
