Updated reviewJust received my first kit and tried it out.... I was very hesitant because I hadn’t had my hair colored in years and have never done it myself. I LOVE it!! I hope it stays this way..... so soft and shiny and the color is perfect. Fingers crossed..... update- received second kit and it’s been a total disaster! My hair is beyond brittle and dull and now I lose color every time I shampoo..... even though I am using the same eSalon shampoo and conditioner as before. Long Shipping TimeI will never order from Esalon again. It took over 3 weeks from the time of shipping to receive. Bummed!Didn't really seem like it did much, I just had my mother color it on Saturday and this morning I found grey hairs everywhere popping through. color change?I wasn't sure about the color since it turned purplish as I was applying it this time?! I was worried I was going to have a purple tint! It didn't cover/last as long as the first time I used your product, unfortunately, so I don't know if it's because I requested a slightly lighter color? My sparkles appeared much sooner and this color seemed to fade much quicker. This is only the second time trying your product so I feel like I need to try one more time.
