My esalon experienceThe product did not work good for me. Forget about ever talking to customer care about it too. You always get voicemail, and they only email you back, try to discuss your color through email, doesn’t work. Color didn't lastI colored my hair on 8/3/2020, today 8/17/20 my roots are visibly noticeable. I believe I did say I was 90% gray with short hair in the survey I stated I needed coverage for atleast 2 months. After I put the color on I was very pleased with the saturation.
