Still Too darkThis was my 1st time trying out this product & even though I followed the directions & video tutorial (forgot how messy coloring hair can be), the color was still too dark. The chemicals for the color was more gentler on my scalp but it still caused some slight itching 2 days later after coloring was done. Plus it still didn't cover some of the stubborn grays on the sides of my face.On the plus side, I like the convenience & privacy of having it done @ home. Just OKI finally applied by custom color last week. This is the first time I am using eSalon custom color and I am slightly disappointed. I did not receive the 'Red' that I was going for, instead it is more of a copper color.
