Just OKThe first coloring my color was like straw. A second kit was sent but it was a men's kit! The third kit was lost in shipping. Finally tried the new custom color & it still wasn't as dimensional as Age Perfect by L'oreal. Cost too muchDelivery took too long with my first order and once I did get it. I discovered I was also paying for shipping. The product doesn't last any longer then the store product. I needed to change my auto ship date and in doing so I received to packages with a couple of days of one another. within a week of that delivery I received another. I canceled and I needed to call to see about getting refunded. I was told, they could only refund me for 1 order and to send it back through the mail. I also found out that you need to follow up with a phone call to make sure everything is canceled. Too much of a headache to be bothered with this company. Beautiful Color for just about a week... :(I loved this color!! It was perfect and covered all my grays. I only washed it twice, and all of the color pulled this warm orangey tone and I really wanted a cooler brown.
