Color did not cover roots as reviews raved about it doing soI will be giving this a 2nd chance . I just colored my roots and the color had to be sent in via text to adjust my color. I didnt get the grey coverage that I get in a salon. The comparison I can give is that of a box dye that I buy at Walmart. Color off.I was disappointed my color came out really yellow, brassy. Good news Is I contacted eSalon and they were on it. They have made a correction to My color. Without my consent!I’m giving this a 1 star. I tried communicating with the specialist about too much red in the color and never heard back for 2 months when an order showed up with a bill for $29.
