TURNED MY HAIR PITCH BLACK - MY HAIR IS RUINED!!!!!!!MY hair was medium brown maybe a bit lighter. I answered the questions stating I wanted to be lighter with golden tones. My kit arrived and I used it last night I didn't even leave it on the entire time. The total kit was on for 11 minutes - MY HAIR IS SO BLACK - PITCH BLACK. it is now Sunday and I have to find someone who can fix it. This is going to damage my hair, cost a crap load of money to fix.
