Overcharging /Customer Service unpofessionalMy subscription is $27.15 each shipment and I was charged $50 and my name paid it. After numerous email they have no decency to respond to email and insist that they did not get the $50 payment when it was taken from my account. WATCH OUT PEOPLE ! Taking my business somewhere else. My hair turned orangeI've used this same color for a long time now but this last time, the base of my hair turned orange while the edge half of my hair was dark dark brown. Way too dark colorWhile this is easy to use, the color they sent me was just way too dark and now I will just have to wait a year or more to grow it all out.
