Custom Color SetMy hair is the driest it's ever been and it's the shortest it's ever been. Not sure what's going on. Also, I need to adjust the color as it takes about 5 washings before the "bozo" color tames down. Dissatified with how long it lastedI did like the color but it did not last as long as I hoped. I also noticed with the instructions included that my roots had a different color than the rest of my hair. Complete disappointmentFirst colorist jumped too light with my dark blonde/light brown underneath hair- made it red! The very thing I warned the colorist of happening. I had wonderful customer service with the second colorist empathizing and sending out correction dye. This made it more red! After a second attempt to correct- which I appreciate this, since you guarantee satisfaction. The 3 Rd coloring attempt made it dark red! I wanted light blonde, not Auburn red! They said they can't help me and I should go back to my expensive salon! Thanks for absolutely nothing! I'll make sure 21k get this review! Not recommending to anyone ever!
