Very disappointedI received my "specialized" hair color and a few days later, i followed the directions to a T and yet all of my grey hair is back and only about 2 weeks later. Can't seem to get the product on timeThe package seems to take forever. I backed up my order by a week with the hope that it would get here sooner, but no luck. Was supposed to have my own colorist, yet I've tried to reach out several times and the only time I will get a response from her is the email asking if I want to add more products to my order. Way too dark...again!The first order I received was great. It turned out beautifully! Since then, I have had two orders in which both have been too dark. The last one was dark and when I explained this to my colorist she claimed it was the same mix, so she said she would alter it a bit to make it lighter this time. totaly different than first timeI am very unhappy with color this time. First time was excellent .
