eSalon's New FormulaI am reviewing mostly to see if anyone else is struggling with their hair color since eSalon's recent changes to their formula. My next order will be my 3rd try at readjusting my color. Previously my color had golden mixed in and it was the equivalent of a nice highlighted look. But after the formula change, my first color was very dull with little golden. So it was adjusted. Now it is too much golden which has gotten even lighter within a few days of coloring my roots. I'm am hoping my 3rd request to return to my original color will even out all of the gold. I have definitely noticed a change in the coloring product, both consistency and a strong bleach like odor which is unpleasant. I previously would have rated eSalon with 5 stars and I'm hoping my communications with the colorist can resolve this soon. Great packaging and productOverall, I am impressed with the quality of the products and the package. However, the color I got was not exactly what I was hoping for. I was wanting to bring my hair color back to one solid color and hide my red tones. Not what I wantedI didn’t get what I asked for. I think I was clear about my goals, however, I was very disappointed with the outcome after using your product. I wanted red. Red not pink - Not pinkish red. Just red, like natural red color that actually grows out of a person’s head. What I got was brown. Now that it’s almost time to color again, it’s faded off to something I can stand. Brown with some golden highlights. I can’t recommend your product or services because I emailed directly with a stylist, went with her recommendations and was still disappointed in the end. Farbe nicht wie gewünschtLeider war ich mit der Farbe absolut nicht zufrieden, die Farbe war viel zu dunkel und mein Haar nach der Anwendung stumpf und sah krank aus.
