HorribleTheir customer color is not really custom made. I requested so many times that color choice I picked from given colors first time i placed order is not able to cover my grays. Not enoughI love the packaging & color but I’d say my hair length is about 18” & there was not enough to get all of my ends. Will not use again.I used my order during COVID. It did not cover my gray well and after a few days it was turning orange fast. I called and they said that you need to use it within 6 months (it was 8 months). And nothing more. No offer to help with my hair. No offer to discount a new order. I was not told nor saw an "expiration date" on the product. Will not use again. Glad my salon opened again. Ce n’est pas la bonne couleur...Coloration relativement simple à appliquer avec le bol et le pinceau. Attention toutefois à la forte odeur d’ammoniac qui peut déranger lors de l’application de la couleur. Après 3coloration esalon et des ajustements à chaque fois je n’ai toujours pas obtenu la couleur que je souhaitais, à savoir roux cuivré... lors de la dernière coloration mes racines non quasiment pas pris alors que les pointes sont rouges... 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Color is Ok but Terrible ExperienceAlso send them feedback in more details. The color is fine, the smell is awful, and the amount of hair that shed in the shower freaked me out on new levels. Very Disappointed....I sent in careful instructions and several photos of my hair to the colorist only to get a color that turned my hair bright red/orange after I specifically said that I did not want ANY red to my hair color. I was offered a new color free of charge but that color formula appears to be hardly changed and I will not put any more colors on my hair that will further turn it red.
