Nothing...So I colored my hair, followed the instructions to the letter. It looked exactly the same. The only difference was it felt a bit more dry. Now a week later and I have half an inch of gray showing so what little bit may have stuck washed out in one wash. I only wash weekly and with color safe products. The tinted shampoo did more in three minutes than the entire color process and added a slight red tint. Didn't cover my graysI loved the packaging and all the supplies it came with so I had high hopes. I have grays that are silver and shiny so hard to cover. Two different colours on my hairI bought esalon as I was very impressed with the amount of research they done but when I'd finished colouring my hair and blow dried it my roots were 5 shades lighter than the rest of my hair , my hair looks stupid , I have to tie it up in a bun so no one sees the colour of my roots , major disappointment 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Update: Nov 2020- still dissatisfiedUpdate, Nov 2020 - I am still dissatisfied after multiple color corrections... too dark, too red, too brassy and now I’m too tired to keep trying. Customer service has been responsive but this isn’t great if you don’t want brassy orange tone hues. Aug 2020 I remain disappointed in the color provided because after multiple attempts to request red removal it still isn’t right. I gave this two stars because it’s an easy process and the color does saturate well. Horribly disappointedThey basically sent me a much less flattering version of the shade I already have. I said I wanted to go lighter, to my younger shade of blonde or even a light auburn. Instead, I got a dull, plain, ugly blonde that stripped the natural highlights and shine I at least had before starting. The formula has oviously changedI have used and loved this product for the last 7 months. Suddenly though it has changed, my last couple of shipments the product is definitely not the same, it is no different than a box brand. The ammonia is much much stronger and burns my scalp, the color does not last and feels gummy on my scalp even after washed.
