DissatisfiedThe color was okay, honestly not much different than I had been using before. This made my scalp sensitive and itchy for a few days and it didn't really cover many of my grays! So very disappointed and dissatisfied. I had many high hopes especially when your advertisement was so selling about how it covers stubborn grays and the color was specified to my individual liking etc. Not very impressed with the results at all. It wasn't the worst, but wasn't spectacular either. I dyed my hair on 10/31/20 and my grays (the ones that were covered) were already surfacing by the following week! And the grays that were covered were noticeably lighter than the rest of my hair. I don't have a significant amount of grays, however it's enough to see when they grow out. I sold your product to my sister as well (prior to me using my at that time), she had the same results, Itching scalp and grays not completely covered and others surfacing within a week. Wish I could get my money back that I paid for this product because I am honestly very unhappy with the results and the quality I have received from using your product. Thank you! Ruined my hairWords can't describe how upset I am with my last order... I asked for an adjustment of colour from my last order because the roots were too warm and the ends didn't take any colour at all. I applied my colour yesterday and I noticed a bird's nest kind of halo of baby hairs around my roots today. Not only that but my hair feels like jelly, it stretches and breaks like rubber. Not even after a full head bleach my hair was in this bad of a condition. On top of that, my roots are a hot cheeto colour. So right now, my hair which I spent years growing out is snapping off, it's too weak to take any more treatment so I'm stuck with this terrible orange colour in my roots and it just looks terrible. Greys not coveredI am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, as the hair color didn’t cover my grey hair. I had to use a brass root cover from the first week! I followed the instructions carefully and I really don’t think that something went wrong at my end. Still Brassy, red and too darkI have ordered dark blonde 3 times, Each time I requested color adjustments. No Luck! The color has been too dark and too brassy. I have given up on trying to get this color right. I am looking forward to going back to my stylist to get the color I want.
