Did nothing except to dry out my hairI really wanted to love this product, especially as I hoped it'd be an alternative to going to the salon (which I'm trying to avoid during the pandemic). Unfortunately, the color did nothing to cover my gray roots. And as an extra bonus, it completely dried out my hair, which now feels like straw :-( The only 'pros' I can offer is the reasonable price and the attractive packaging. Other than that, this was a total waste of time and $. Not thrilledI ordered a medium blonde and am happy with the color but disappointed in the gray coverage. surprisingly dissapointedafter i ordered my last kit i decided to stop dying my hair.. i let my roots grow out like crazy, maybe 5 inches of brown and grey. Last week i decided to finally dye it, at first it seemed good. it covered my greys quite well. but some how didnt cover my brown? it seems my roots are still kinda brown AND today i noticed silver hairs around my hairline. i like your product, i like the attention to detail and personalization. erstes Mal gut, zweites Mal schlechtMeine Färbeprimiere war ein voller Erfolg. Top Farbton, einfache Handhabung, perfekte Grauabdeckung.Volle Zufriedenheit. Das Färben der Ansätze noch ca. 7 Wochen war dann leider enttäuschend. So gut wie keine Grauabdeckung, Zweierlei Farbtöne im Licht erkennbar und ich bekam sehr stark Schuppen. Gemacht wurde es genau so sorgsam und nach korrekter Anleitung wie beim ersten Mal. Schade. Dull and MoussyHad to go to the local drugstore to get an all over color and Highlighting kit to fix it. Now I want to change my color all together and I'm unable to. All they want to do is adjust, I want a new color for roots and tips. Period! This is my 3rd time trying to get the right product.
