BlahThis color is a dull mousy brown with a terrible golden/brassy undertone. I thought I had canceled all future orders, until they took the money out of my account this morning. For the LOVE OF GOD, please do not send me that awful color again! I wanted a deep rich color, not this orangey brownish color. I'd rather go to the salon!I ordered a dark copper color to cover my grey, my highlights and be somewhat of a decent match to same level of darkness as my natural hair color. My order was changed because the personal colorist thought it would be too dark for me. They sent me the light copper which, unfortunately, did not cover my highlights and is far more brown than my natural color. My haircolorLast shipment color I rinsed the color out it did not cover my grays at all it was a total waste of my money. I am very disappointed . Afraid that the box I have coming is not going to cover my grays again .
