I am terribly disappointedI said that pulled red. I wanted my hair as my picture light blonde. Somehow you folks thought dark blonde. When I colored it came out red. So I called and told the lady that info that they had done golden with a little bit of ash and that would be sufficient. She said not to worry they would use a neutralizer and that would take care of it. I got the color and used it today it showed a a lot of medium blonde and small amount of neutralizer. I am now darker red and very upset. I have posted picture from today here and feel there is no reason to continue with your product. The young lady had said my hair was medium blonde. I don't think my hair it, it is light blonde. It may not be platinum or toe head but it is definitely light blonde because around the front of my face has been toe head since I was a baby and now is turn gray. Please cancel my account.
