Not even close to the color I wantedMy hair color that I requested was the medium ash blonde. After dying my hair it came out a copper light brown. Nothing like the picture or anything like my existing hair color. They also barely gave me enough hair color to cover all of my hair. I made sure to list that my hair is very thick, but I guess that doesn’t matter either. It looks absolutely horrible! The burning feeling at the end of the procedure.My scalp was crazily burning when I poured the leftover color products at the end of the coloring procedure as directed on the notes. I loved the color but not enough productI actually loved the color, it did not have a brassy /orange color, very neutral. I would had given it 5 stars but I have a lot of hair and they did not send me enough color for my hair, I barely had enough for the roots, I ended uo with 2 colors my new one and my old one, not a good combo. Burning sensationNot enough lotion to colour all my hair that was a disappointment as the colour was lovely 😊 I have not ordered again as I had a burning sensation on my scalp whilst I had this product on, so I had too wash it off. DisappointedEasy to use and follow instructions. Pleasant smell. Colour too dark - I am a strawberry blonde and I could t find a matching hair colour to mine. The one I chose was the nearest approximation however much too dark. The dye has not lasted well either. My hair has faded back to the sun-bleached blonde that is was from the hot summer we had.
