Didn't cover grayI followed directions, left color on as long as possible and it didn't cover the gray hair. I only have a few spots not much gray at all so I was a little disappointed. Not worth the moneyAbsolutely gutted with this. I picked a medium ash brown colour to match my natural roots and get rid of the natural copper then runs through the ends of my hair, but all this dye did was make my roots turn more copper. The color set is fineIt's not the color that I'm unhappy with, it's the carrier, USPS, you use for shipping. It has been taking almost 3 weeks from the time it is shipped to get to me. I realize that they have been overwhelmed with deliveries but other carriers are much more efficient. I'm suggesting you change carriers. Great customer service but not happy with productI follow all of the directions perfectly and I still do not have full grey coverage. Then after 2 weeks my hair looks brassy and orangish. No lift whatsoeverI actually changed the color so that it would be lighter, however there was no lift and within 2 weeks the color washed out out of the grey, and the full 2” grey roots came back. I don’t have a lot of grey, but certain spots have a few strands that you can see when parted a certain way etc..this was my last attempt here. Didn't cover my grey rootsHi, I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed. I previously used Madison Reed and loved it. I will be sticking with them as it works much better for me.
