Too darkI am transitioning from auburn to blonde....wanted a very multi dimensional blonde meaning light Brown, dark blonde, honey highlights and even a few lighter highlights....what I got is dark hair w/blonde baby lights....tiny but caramel. Color was too clownish, gray coverage not great, roots lighterI really wanted to like this product. I've been coloring my hair red for years (in salons pre-covid). The shade sent to me was a bit more clown-like than I am used to, very red. Didn't love it, so messaged asking to adjust the color. No response, then sent another message 6 days later, still no response. Only message I got was that my second kit would be shipping out soon. I didnt' want another of that color, so I canceled. One week after coloring, my roots started to fade and are a noticeably different color than the rest of my hair, even worse in my gray areas. free color was red dyeI love the two colors that was send but a free red dye was also send that I did not know it was red. I ended up with red/white roots. I wish you would had warned me. Colour is wrongI wanted a natural brown hair colour but they colour they sent me was terrible and turned me into a redhead! The customer service was good and they sent out another set free of charge with neutraliser in. Although improving the colour a bit, it is still red and so far from what I asked for. I wish I had just gone to a hairdressers.
