My hair is RED almost ORANGE and I was going for dark blonde!!!!when I filled out the hair color choice I specified I did not want anything at all red. I finally got my courage up to try the product and now my hair red, almost orange, nothing close to the dark blonde I had requested. I look like a freggin' clown! Didn't cover my greysHorrible experience 😪 So glad my stylist applied it and was back in the salon so she could fix it although there was no time to cut my hair and had to drive home and wash the secound applied color out myself. Was so disappointed it was my first trip to the salon in a yr due to covid and was a birthday gift. I felt so bad taking up so much of her time I still paid for making her clients wait. I was going to apply it myself as I have done many times. Not right for me.Not saying that it was all ESalon's error but the hair dye I thought I was getting was a lot lighter than my own color and a lot of ash in the blend. Did not even give a shade to my greysOmg 😱 I had high hopes for this dye. How wrong 😑 I was after following all the steps and washing my hair it didn’t do absolutely nothing at all no joke not even a box dye from the drugstore was this horrible. Not soldI ordered a nice dark brown and after I ordered I received an email stating that they were changing my colour to a colour id like better.
