Waste of timeI coloured my hair with a copper brown. I started with a couple of greys and my hair is a medium brown. After following the instructions to the letter I still have medium brown hair that has a cheap red tinge in the sun but is still brown in every other way except for the greys that are still visible. Still too darkThis time I did my roots first for 40 minutes and then the rest for 5-10 minutes. It covered my roots really well, but the rest of my hair came out too dark. I’m not sure this color is working for meI’m not sure this color is working for me. My hair is very damaged and I think it’s because I am dying my hair two lights. I need to speak to someone and reconsider my hair color. Wish I hadn'tI have tried three times to get this color right. It seems like the very friendly people I talk to don't really hear or pass on what I say. Despite small tweaks each of the three times, the "demi" permanent medium blonde color seems to permanently turn my hair coppery red. Wish I could undo it but the only solution I was offered this last time was to order another set to which that they would add more blue.
