Waste of money - should've stuck with L'Oréal!Colour was a terrible mousy brown with brassy tone instead of the cool medium blonde with pearl tone that it was meant to be. Had fix it with L'Oréal cool tone colour which did a brilliant job and gave me the cool ash tone I wanted, clearly something esalon couldn't deliver and why I will be sticking with L'Oréal as I should've done in the first place. DisappointingNot the vibrant copper I had hoped for, and further faded after a few washes. The packaging suggested part of the colour was a free gift, which is wrong as I paid for all over colour. Not worth the PriceNot satisfied the way the color starts to fade in just first wash and the gray starts showing. I have requested a color adjust in my last order but did not notice the change in my hair color.
