decuepour etre franche tres decue pour 10 euros une paire de gant une lingette un shampoing un apres shampoing et une creme pour eviter de coloree la peau decue na pas recouvert mes cheveux blancs odeur tres desagreable directement sa ma monter aux yeux meme apres plusieurs rincage l eau qui degoulinait de la tete qui tombait dans mes yeux et oui je l ai rincer sous ma douche me brulait mes yeux et irritation du cuir chevelu cest comme sa la teinture n avait pas ete faite j ai toujours mes cheveux blanc donc je recommanderais pas dommage .......une gamme moins elevée ma fait plus de positive .... 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not pleased with resultsI tried my custom made hair color twice and both times the color has not been able to successfully take on my grey hair. This time I had someone assist with the coloring to ensure that all areas were covered. After the processing and rinsing was complete there were noticeable hairs that were still grey. With this being said I will not be continuing your services. Thank you for the opportunity but I wish to cancel my subscription. Poor Result, No back upHaving followed instructions to the letter l ended up with, grey roots and lovely lengths. The root dye didn't take at all. Most disappointing is that despite two emails l have received no response from customer care. HorribleI followed the directions to a T and it made my hair worse. The roots were a different color than my ends because the directions told me to color the roots with one bottle and the ends with another.
