Was Not Happy This TimeI must say I was quite disappointed with the results. I wanted it much lighter and I got closer to the color of my hair color that it is now which is burgundy. Poor Application DirectionsBy insisting in the directions that I begin with the new growth area, it created a hot copper area while the rest of my hair is brown. I look ridiculous. Too Dark, not at all blondeI never was happy with the color as it is brown, but very pretty on me. I will restart but am afraid I won't be happy with the color again. I want blonde hair and your dye turned me brown so I bleached it off. When I asked you for a toner for my now fully bleached hair you said you don't reccomend I tone my bleached hair.
