What went wrong?5 stars for ease to use, 1 star for the color. Hello. I ordered Ash Blond permanent color bundle through QVC promotion. This was the first time ordering color on-line, not using my stilist. I followed instructions provided. However, the color is all wrong. My virgin (not highlighted) hair is naturally a dirty blond with 15% gray color; after applying eSalon color mixture, I ended with strawberry blond with orange undertone. 2days later I washed my hair with shampoo for blond hair hoping it will neutralize the orange, but it did nothing to correct it. What am I supposed to do now? Not impressedI have persevered with this however the colour has really poor staying ability and fades extremely quickly. The rinsing off process is extremely unpleasant as the dye seems to be very high in ammonia/peroxide and although I am not asthmatic it makes me wheeze. Was Not Happy This TimeI must say I was quite disappointed with the results. I wanted it much lighter and I got closer to the color of my hair color that it is now which is burgundy. Poor Application DirectionsBy insisting in the directions that I begin with the new growth area, it created a hot copper area while the rest of my hair is brown. I look ridiculous.
