Good in a pinch, not for regular useI could not make it to the salon because of my busy schedule, so I used this like I did during quarantine. It's good in a bind for a quick fix but not for all the time use if you have stubborn grey. It takes so long (I have a lot of hair) and honestly the grey coverage is not great. My grey is very stubborn around my face and it was barely covered. Only lasted probably one or two washes. Not impressedThis is my second try using this product and I've been thoroughly unimpressed both times. First time I tried it the gray coverage lasted for only a few days. UgggghI asked for a neutral dark blonde base. It was too dark (a dark auburn brown) and too red. I told esalon. Their answer was to do highlights the lighten it up. I used their base color 3 times asking for lighter and less red each time. Every time it got darker and more red. And, I only did the roots. But this color spreads down the shaft on its own while you wait the allotted time. They’ve told me there is no way to fix the situation — only to go darker. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have chosen a much lighter base. I’m extremely disappointed with eSalon and my now dark copper hair.
