Left hair waxyI have used this same color a few times now. The first few times my hair felt fantastic and healthy. This last time the product coated my hair and was very waxy and difficult to wash out. I had to wash my hair multiple times with a strong clarifying product before my hair felt normal again. I was highly disappointed. After this experience I went back and read some of the one and two star reviews and see that many people have had this same issue after the first couple applications. Did you change the formula or is this some kind of bait and switch thing?? I do not color my hair often, usually only 2/3 times a year so I know my hair hasn't been over processed. Nothing SpecialI'm happy that I got my kit for ten dollars. It's supposedly custom blended, but objectively it's not better than products in the drug store. Actually, I prefer the boxed color that I can find anywhere. I highly recommend you save your money and purchase Feria instead. It's a better product. High expectationsI was excited to get my color package but wasn't able to try it until a few days ago. I am not so excited any more.
