Very darkThis should have been the same colour as the previous one but it has made my hair very dark which is annoying as the previous colour had lightened it to a more natural colour after box dye nightmares! Doesn’t cover grey hair at allThis is the second hair colour order I’ve received from esalon and I can’t honestly say I am so disappointed! The hair colour does not cover my grey hair at all even though I follow my personalised instructions. Please remove me from your planYour advert and enrollment did not say anything about signing up for a year.
