Not so happy this timeI have loved the healthiness of my hair after use on my past uses but this time it left my hair dried out. Even washing it out I could feel the change. THE BESTI Love Escalon When I was in my 2os my hair dresser had a color I tried I Love it. Needless to say He could never find it again. That was about 30yrs ago. I came across eSalon by accident. I checked it out. The price was right.. Why not. So I did all the questions. Sent pictures in. When I got the color but that they came up with, by my answers. I was shocked. Color Matches my skin type wellI have been using esalon for a couple years now. Initially I wanted the same exact color I was getting from over the counter product (brown with a nod to gold), which they matched well. But after a year, I decided to tweak the color with a smack of red but I was scared that the amount would be too liberal. They heard my concerns and added just a smidge of it and I LOVE IT. In fact, the small difference was actually noticed by others. They did not notice the color change but I got a lot of compliments stating my skin looked more healthy. I knew that it was the hair color change and find my self continuing to value this product. Also, as my hair grew longer, I had to color more frequently. It was easy to increase the frequency, which I appreciated. I recently got my hair cut taking 12 inches off. I now need to slow down the frequency and feel confident that I can easily request it. Color is beautiful because I worked with them to ensure it. If the color is not exactly what you want, work with them. Shine is there too.
