Unhappy customerI was all excited about using esalon to color my hair. My excitement turned into anger after using the color sent to me. It was the wrong color. I'm extremely disappointed. Not what I expectedI ordered strawberry blonde, but the color did not so much strawberry as just medium blonde. It was so much like the color I already had that no one could tell that I had colored my hair at all. I was shocked......in a good way! I was sure the color they sent would turn my natural color red-nope! Pretty sure they knew what they were doing.
