Affordable way to cover the greyThe custom hair color arrived as expected and covered my grey while giving the bit of warmth I was hoping for. The directions were clear and the color was easy to apply. It is inconvenient and expensive to keep up my color at the salon so this color is a big improvement on those fronts. Easy to use and the color looks good.I've used this product several times. The color turns out a little too reddish but after I shampoo about three times it becomes the color I like. My only complaint is the hard to rinse out gel that is left in the hair right after using it. Kinda weird but it does finally rinse out. Ok first color ok but darker then I used.Cancel any further delivery and cancel future purchase. I believe the photo may have mislead the darker shade you sent. Ok with that said I am disappointed with another email stating Reason color cannot be achieved. Got it ??? But why was this not said as soon as I requested... Not 6 weeks later. No resultsThey sent me a root only treatment. This did match my request for something to better transition my roots and highlights. I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication on my part or just a bad color match but i feel like i would have felt more confident and achieved better results in a box set from Walmart...Over all its a neat service but I wasn't thrilled and felt like I have wasted my time and money. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Colour Faded Shortly After DyeingThe colour was pretty for about the first three days, it then faded into a copper and finally turned to a brown colour that is slightly darker than my natural shade.
