The color wasn’t what I expectedSo, the products were great quality, nice presentation, but the color didn’t turn out anywhere near what it was supposed to be. Followed the directions to a tee. When I buy professional color similar to the color I had requested on here, it turns a dark black/ blue. I ended up maybe 2 shades darker than my current color at the time was, with no blue tint in sight. DisappointingI wanted to cover greys at the root, matching my natural color, a neutral light brown. I followed the instructions exactly, processed for 35 minutes, and was left with strawberry blonde roots. My grey processed well, but the whole thing was the wrong color. Changes?I just happened to read some recent reviews and learned that other long time customers are experiencing the same results as I am. Prior to the following, I got so many compliments on the color and condition or my hair. Now my color is faded within a few weeks to a brassy orange, my hair is limp ( I use e-salon recommended products) and my grays show through at the roots within 7-10 days of applying touch up. Colour no longer lastsI have been using this for years and it has only been recently that the colour isn’t as long lasting and the price is getting to the stage that I go back to shop bought.
