Color That RocksI can not say enough about esalon's quality of hair color product. I've been using it for about a year and I get so many compliments from family, friends, and total strangers on my hair. It works I actually don't need to color so oftenI love the color and how it works, it stayed longer then I imagine. I can even skip a month if needed but I won't I like to be ready when I feel I need to do again. Life has different meaning when one looks there best. Love your product.I was going to order again and was told, via email, that I could get it for $10.00 but as I was placing my order, it changed the price to $19.95 plus $4.95 s/h. Color was ok you just did not provide enough of the treatment.You did not provide enough treatment to do my roots in order to get good coverage. I was not able to do my entire roots. Really UndecidedI put my hair color on, it was supposed to be auburn, it smelled great. It looked like it was going to be a great burgundy color. After letting it set for the time specified, I started to wash it out. My hair came out worse than usual, and it really scared me. Also, as I washed my hair, my hair started to feel really stiff, not soft like usual. I put the shampoo on, and then the conditioner. At this point, I started to worry that my hair was burned. After the conditioner, it felt a little better, but not normal, not even like with other hair color. I got out of the shower, and when I looked in the mirror, I couldn't even see much of a color change. My roots were still way darker than the rest of my hair. There wasn't much red in my hair at all.
