MehDidn't find it any better than the store box brands. Color okish. Hair feels and smells like box color. Not sure what is custom about it, maybe the label says my name idk. Trying to cancel the plan is near impossible. Been trying to find this magic button to push for last 30 minutes... Hair is the same colourI gave 2 stars because the kit is brilliant, much better than box dye. However, the first kit I received made my hair far too dark, the complete opposite of what I wanted. This kit they adjusted the colour for me and I've just done it...my hair is the exact same colour. Didn't make any noticeable differenceI have medium blonde hair and I was looking to go ginger (strawberry blonde). I was excited to try my custom blend and I had high hopes but unfortunately it didn't make any noticeable difference in my hair.
