Didn't cover the greyI loved everything up until I saw that the grey at my temples was still grey, it didn't cover. Even Clairol covers that grey. Very disappointed since the whole reason I color is to cover the grey. Update: Thank you for response, I will try again it seems using the Stain Guard may have been the issue. Instructions should include that if stain guard touches your hair it will prevent hair from being colored. Is darker better?This color is a result of my request to decrease the amount of copper in my color since I felt my grays weren’t getting covered well enough. This most recent formulation (more dark brown, less copper) covers well but is a bit harsh on my skin tone. Inconsistent two tone colorUnfortunately my root and end colors do not blend or match as expected leaving a distinct difference between them. Customer ServiceHave not received my product yet so can not speak for product itself. However was supposed to receive two days ago and have wrote 3 emails to no avail. All I would like is a simple reply with shipping information so I can track. ****EDIT*** Esalon replied to this review with the same generic response they seem to reply with to all reviews with saying 'our expert has already reached out to you and resolved this', HOWEVER THEY DID NOT!!! I called them out and wrote the below edit and they deleted their response straight after! Can you please explain this Esalon? Hoping 3rd try is the charmI can only guess that communicating “light Auburn “is a challenge because I keep asking for it though right now I’m just getting closer to “light brown sugar with golden highlights”.
