Terrible color and quality. CancelingThe color left my hair dry and brassy. Going back to my original color with Madison Reed. Also company provided no notification of automatic subscription. Went from good 2016 to terrible 2022Color match is not good. One month it is red, next when I state I DO NOT want red they make it black. Terrible colorists! DisappointedI have been using esalon hair color for quite awhile now. Usually I love the results but yesterday when I did my hair, it covered my new growth fine but didn't cover my grays well at all. I did it the same as I always do according to the directions but for some reason in natural light especially I have alot of grays.
