AgreeI totally agree with previous comments that something has changed. My gray coverage lasts 2-3 weeks tops. Extremely frustrated. I wonder if it's worth it any longer? I have had to go to a hairdresser in between to touch up b/c I no longer trust this product to last. Could you please be transparent and tell us what has changed? Does not cover grey.I told the customer service person to cancel my subscription but she kept wanting me to talk to the colorist. I am not going to keep paying for a product I’m not satisfied with. The 100% guarantee is not true. 3 boxes came and no offer of a refund for poor grey coverage. I shouldn’t have to repeat to a colorist that grey is not covering when the original ask was grey coverage. I also did not sign up for a subscription. I ordered just to try the product out. Then I got another box and another one is on the way. I had barely used the 1st box. Without getting feedback if the 1st box was satisfactory they send more boxes. It was okI was not as impressed as I wanted to be. After my previous online color provider closed leaving me with only a few options besides drug store color, I decided to try eSalon. Color was not as dark as I thought it would be and it seems to be fading faster than the other color I used. I decided to change my color to darker, so we will see how that color is. Quality ReducedI have been eSalon customer for many years and I was happy with the product until recent months when I started to experience that the color was not sticking for even a week period, after the first wash the color started to go off the roots and within the next couple of washes the gray roots are obvious.
