Last 2 colors horribleThe last 2 colors have been horrible. 2 ago my hair was orange. The last one was recommended to change to strawberry blonde. Since I let the last color grow out I had at least 1.5 or 2 inches of roots. Applied the strawberry blonde all roots turned almost white and long hair some reddish color. Custom Color SetI hate my color! Way too dark and not what I wanted at all! I now have dark brown hair & red highlights. I wanted medium golden brown with golden blonde highlights. Terrible issueI loved this company and the product since I started using at the start of the pandemic but for the past 3 months I have been having issues with coverage of my grays. I changed my color a couple of times, but the last time I received my order the bottle exploded in my bathe when I mixed it!!! The bottle erupted like a volcano!!! It went all over my bathroom wall, the light fixture, the toilet, my ceiling and all over my bathroom curtain. I called to complain and they offered me two free colors and the emailed me “instructions on how to get the stains out”!!! My toilet is ruined, not even with bleach I could take stains out!! My walls were ruined because paint was blurred after I tried to take the hair color out and I had to throw out my bathroom curtains because not even bleach took out the stains!! I complained about this and no one from this company has had the courtesy to even offer an apology. I have pics and videos that I sent to them and nothin and never mind my ceiling!! Is ruined!! Just wrong!Wrong color. Wanted red for all-over and they sent root touchup for my existing hair color. Waste of time and money. Why would I touch up roots on a color the same as my natural hair?
