What happened?I never write a bad review, but my last order was a nightmare. My developer was open and leaking, and after coloring my hair, it was dull with no color at all. I went to my stylist a day after I colored and she commented on how dull the color was… I had just colored it the day before. No gray coverageAlthough it was a nice package, that makes me feel like a salon hair color, the gray coverage was awful, so my gray hair did not get the color as well as my natural hair. Nur kurzzeitiger EffektLeider ist die Farbe wieder komplett herausgefallen. Es sollte eine Farbkorrektur sein um den rot/Gold Ton zu entfernen. Jetzt ist er nach nur 4 Wochen wieder komplett da. 1. Färbung war vom Farbton perfekt. Ich war begeistert. Zweite komplett anders und das bekomme ich jetzt nicht mehr weg. Die dritte hatte nur einen kurzfristigen Effekt der nicht so war wie die erste Färbung. Er hat lediglich eine Farbe darüber gelegt um den goldTon zu neutralisieren, die mit jeder Haarwäsche mehr und mehr heraus viel. Schade. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht darüber. Und es ärgert mich , da ich meine Haare wachsen lassen wollte und jetzt das Gefühl habe um den Ton wieder neutral zu bekommen… sie abschneiden zu müssen. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Seit 2019 Kundin, aber leider seit der letzten Bestellung sehr unzufriedenIch bin seit 2019 Kundin mit einem Flex Abo und war bisher auch sehr zufrieden. Leider war ich mit dem letzten Farbset sehr unzufrieden: Die Farbe war eher wie eine Tönung, d.h ich musste nach 2 Wochen wieder nachfärben, das Shampoo roch sehr perfümiert, ebenso wie die mitgesendete Spülung. Zum Glück hatte ich noch ein älteres Farbset von Esalon auf Vorrat, welches noch die alte Qualität hatte. Ich werde mir die nächste Lieferung von Esalon genauer anschauen und schauen, ob die Qualität wieder stimmt und die Farbe wieder länger hält. Did the formula change?I've been using eSalon for a few years now and only recently started having a problem with the color not lasting more than a week in my hair!
