Grays not coveredI followed the instruction and was disappointed as the grays were not covered. I have forever colored my hair at home and tried various over the counter hair color product. Still not sticking.I’ve followed instructions to the letter all 3 times and my hair is still grey. The product is just not working for me. Color turned way too dark I had to go buy color removerI had to go to Walgreens and get color remover to get the way too dark brown removed. This did not happen with the color kit I received before this kit. I can't afford mistakes 😢 like this last experience. I wrote to you abt my pkg being unusually late and it was damaged, scrunched up when it arrived. I was very very surprised. It wasn't bad enough to not open but clearly not in good shape. No longer covers ANY grayI only have a handful of gray hairs and this hair color does NOT cover gray. I don't know if the formula has changed because it used to but it does not any longer. After "coloring" my hair with ESalon, I had to purchase a store bought root cover up to do the job.
