Not bad...The color was fine and the process was easy but my hair needs more than an all-over color so it just wasn't right for me. not permanentMy grays were completely showing after only 2 washes. Every time I wash my hair, the color comes out (my color is blue/black, so image that all of the shower!). Still a little too red....Know red is hard to cover. Really want to get away from red hair and requested a darker brown but got a light brown that on top of red made a mid auburn color. Does what it says on the tin!Love this hair colour system and have a far nicer colour and finish than any salon hair colour appointment has ever achieved at a fraction of the price. The only reason for the four stars rather than the five, is I found it rather complicated to divide hair in a way that enabled me to apply only to roots, prior to the lengths of my hair. For anyone who isn't naturally able in these areas, I think it is advisable to have a friend help you out!
